We are ideally located as a base to explore the South Downs Way walks or when visiting the many local attractions including Brighton RacecourseRoyal PavillionBrighton Sealife CentreBrighton MarinaThe Amex StadiumUniversity of SussexNuffield Hospital and the historic village of Rottingdean.

We are a dog friendly pub and you are welcome to bring your doggie friends to stay in our rooms for a small fee.

Food and Drinks:

Eating:

Our experienced head chef, Brendan, takes great pride in offering a wide selection of traditional pub classics together with creative, high quality weekly specials prepared to offer something a bit different using locally supplied produce wherever possible. A Sunday wouldn’t be a Sunday without a traditional roast and so our popular carvery is not to be missed! We also offer a separate children’s menu. You can choose to eat in either our comfortable bar, separate restaurant area or, during the warmer summer months, why not dine ‘al fresco’ in our beer garden!

Drinking:

Our carefully selected wine list offers a choice of good quality wines available by the glass and the bottle. We also have an excellent selection of cask ales and premium lagers for you to savour. We take great pride in the quality of our draught beers and we endeavour to serve you a perfect pint every time.
